Different types of analyzers from Bhoomi and their applications

Bhoomi analyzers are known throughout the industry for their durable quality and impeccable performance. Each type of analyzer that we have is used for different functionalities and has varying applications. Here, we share the type of analyzers available and their capabilities.

  1. Portable flue gas analyzers

A portable flue gas analyzer is used to analyze the emissions intermittently from a combustion system in industrial settings. This includes boilers, furnaces and engines. They can detect different types of gasses in the emissions, including carbon dioxide, nitrogen oxides, sulfur dioxide and many others. These analyzers are used across different industries, such as industrial and commercial boilers, power generation plants, glass manufacturing furnaces and more. A powerful battery operated and handy gas analyzers.

  2. Headspace gas analyzer

Headspace gas analyzers measure the Oxygen and Carbon dioxide present in the headspace of sealed containers, such as food packaging or pharmaceutical vials. Oxygen headspace gas analyzers are commonly used and they can help maintain optimal conditions inside the packaging. Ready meals, blister packs, pharmaceutical vials, bakery and snack foods are some of the industries where these analyzers are used.

  3. Insitu zirconia oxygen analyzer

Insitu zirconia oxygen analyzers measure oxygen levels directly within industrial processes, such as combustion, chemical reactions and air separation. A zirconia based sensor is used for the measurements. By analyzing the oxygen in combustion processes, industries can maintain optimal combustion conditions. Their applications include iron and steel furnaces, boilers, petroleum refining and others.

  4. Trace oxygen (O2) analyzer

Trace oxygen (O2) analyzers detect and measure extremely low levels of oxygen in gas samples. They are highly sensitive instruments that are able to detect oxygen in parts per million (ppm) and in parts per billion (ppb) . They are highly useful in industries where oxygen levels have to be measured and tracked very carefully. These analyzers are used in nitrogen generator plants, gas manufacturers, nitrogen plant manufacturers, laboratories, research institutes and others.

  5. Oxygen purity (O2) analyzers

Oxygen purity analyzers measure the concentration of oxygen in gas streams to determine its purity level. These analyzers are useful in industries where pure oxygen is absolutely necessary for the specific processes. Their applications include hospitals, oxygen generator plants, steel industries, pharma and more.

  6. Dust monitors

Dust monitors are used to measure and analyze the concentration of particulate matter or dust in the stacks. They are used across a diverse range of industries, including cement, aluminum, distillery, oil refinery, power plants and more.

  7. Ambient air quality monitoring

Ambient air quality monitors continuously measure and assess the concentration of various pollutants in the air. They can detect nitrogen dioxide, ozone, carbon dioxide, carbon monoxide and many other gasses. Their applications include park and forest monitoring, indoor air quality monitoring, industrial perimeter air quality monitoring, construction site monitoring and more.

  8. Continuous Emission Monitoring System (CEMS)

These analyzers are capable of analyzing the emissions released by industries in real-time and complay with the emission norms. TDLS, NDUV and NDIR analyzers are some of the variants of CEMS. Distillery, chlor alkali, fertilizers, iron & steel, oil refinery, petrochemical, pharmaceuticals, power plants and other industries have to rely on CEMS during their daily operations.
