BI 450 (% – Paramagnetic Technology | Diffusion Gas Sensing)
Agasthya 2013 Series BI 450 Oxygen Purity Analyzer is designed for accurate and reliable oxygen purity measurement across a wide range of industrial applications. It uses a long-life Paramagnetic O2 sensor with a scalable measuring range of 0–100% O2, 0.01% resolution, accuracy and repeatability of < ±0.2% O2, and a T90 response time of ≤20 seconds.
The analyzer is powered by a 32-bit Cortex-M3 ARM processor and incorporates PTFE tubing, corrosion-resistant internal components, and an integrated flow meter for controlled and reliable sample handling. It also supports RS485 communication with MODBUS protocol for integration with industrial monitoring and control systems.
For flexible monitoring and control, the BI 450 is available with Touchscreen, LCD, or LED display options, along with a 4–20 mA analog output and 2 nos. potential-free relay contacts. The analyzer can be supplied in Wall, Panel, Rack, or Tabletop mounting configurations, making it suitable for different installation requirements.
