The BI FLEXI PRO Flue Gas Analyzer from Bhoomi Instruments is developed for portable measurement and analysis of combustion and stack gases across industrial applications. The analyzer can be configured with different gas-sensing technologies according to the gases, measurement ranges and process conditions required for an application.

Available measurement technologies include NDIR for CO and CO2, Electrochemical sensors for O2, CO, NO, NO2 and SO2, and Paramagnetic or Zirconia technology for O2 measurement. The exact gas combination depends on the selected analyzer configuration.

In addition to gas measurement, BI FLEXI PRO supports combustion-analysis functions including efficiency calculation, losses analysis, excess-air measurement, poison-index monitoring, temperature measurement, pressure monitoring, velocity and flow-rate measurement, and derived CO2 and NOx values. The system also supports 24 common fuels with four additional programmable units.

For field use and data handling, the analyzer incorporates a rechargeable Li-ion battery, high-efficiency sampling pump, gas probe with thermocouple and condensate trap, filtration, flow regulation and USB, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth communication.
