System Components
1. Probe
It is a gas sampling probe. Removes dust in sample gas. Depending on the application heated version or non heated versions are used
2. Sample dryer
Dehumidifies sample gas. Consists of sample cooler with single coil or double coil
3. Sampling module
The sampling module contains the following components
Solenoid valves to regulate flow of sample gas
Peristaltic pump for continuous removal of condensate
Diaphragm pump to extract sample: option eductor
Flowmeter and needle valve to regulate and monitor the flow of sample gas
Fine Filter to removes drain, dust and mist in sample gas.
Drain pot to collect condensate
4. Programmer
Microcontroller based programmer has been included in the unit to program different parameters and this feature makes CCS7 one of the most versatile system adaptable to any site conditions.
